Teams and Collaboration
Teams in Corca are used for collaborative work: research projects, classes, engineering work, documentation, or any workflow where multiple people need access to the same documents and folders.
Team workspace
A team workspace contains shared documents, folders, permissions, and published content. Typical structure can be:
Engineering Team
├── Models
├── Reports
├── Documentation
├── Drafts
├── Published
└── TrashAll team members see the same workspace structure and have access to same documents.
The workspace also has its own public permalink, similar to a username. Published documents can be accessed through the team’s public page.

Roles and permissions
Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
Owner | Full control over workspace and members |
Admin | Manage members and workspace settings |
Member | Work with shared documents and folders |
Permissions apply to the entire workspace rather than individual documents.
Inviting members
You can invite collaborators using email or invite links.
Open Team Settings
Click Invite Member
Enter an email or copy an invite link
Send the invitation
When someone accepts the invitation, the workspace appears automatically in their account. No additional setup is required.
Shared editing and updates
Changes made by one member appear automatically for everyone else. The workspace stays synchronized without refreshing the page.
Published team content
Documents moved into Published become accessible through the team’s public page while remaining editable inside the workspace.
Switching between teams
You can belong to multiple teams at the same time. Use the team switcher in the left sidebar to move between workspaces.
Each team remembers the last document you had open, so returning to a workspace restores your previous context automatically.
