Accounts
An account is your personal identity in Corca. It gives you a private workspace where you can create documents, organize folders, collaborate with others, join teams, and manage permissions.
Every user starts with a personal workspace automatically.

Your account includes:

Personal workspace | Your private document area |

Personal workspace
Your personal workspace behaves like a private file system. You can:
create documents
organize folders
move and duplicate content
publish documents
share work with others
Documents are grouped into folders and saved automatically. There is no manual save action.
The root folder is the top-level container of your workspace. All folders and documents exist inside it, either directly or indirectly.
Documents and ownership
Documents inside your personal workspace are controlled by your account. You can keep the document private, share it with collaborators, or publish it publicly.
Documents can also be duplicated into other workspaces using Fork or Duplicate. The copied version becomes independent from the original.
Published documents
Moving a document into Published makes it readable through your public profile page while keeping it editable inside your workspace.
Permissions
Permissions are workspace-specific. You may have different access levels across:
your personal workspace
team workspaces
shared documents
You might:
own one document
edit another
only view a third
Permissions are managed independently in each context.
Teams and shared workspaces
Team workspaces are separate from your personal workspace, even though documents can still be shared across them. You can be a part of multiple teams with different levels of access.
For example, deleting a document in your personal workspace does not affect documents stored in a team workspace.
Multiple devices and sessions
You can use the same account across multiple devices. Corca synchronizes everything. Sessions remain active until you sign out, the session expires, or authentication fails.
